These Terms of Service govern your use of poputailor.com and your purchase of digital products from PopuTailor, operated by Annysewing Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Every product sold on this website is a digital file package, delivered electronically. Each purchase typically includes:

  • Multi-size layered PDF patterns formatted for A4, US Letter, and A0 printing
  • A printable test square for scale verification
  • An illustrated step-by-step sewing guide
  • Size charts, finished garment measurements, and fabric requirements

No physical item will be shipped. After your payment is confirmed, the download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order.

License and copyright

All patterns, illustrations, and instructional materials sold on poputailor.com are the intellectual property of Annysewing Studio LLC.

When you purchase a pattern you receive a personal, non-transferable license to:

  • Print the pattern for your own use
  • Sew garments from the pattern for yourself or as gifts
  • Sell a limited number of finished garments you have sewn yourself, provided that PopuTailor is credited as the pattern designer

You may not:

  • Share, resell, distribute, or publish the pattern files in any form
  • Upload the files to any file-sharing service or pattern library
  • Use the pattern files for mass production or industrial manufacturing
  • Copy, trace, or resell the pattern as your own design

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Please see our Refund Policy for the circumstances in which we do issue refunds.

Printing accuracy

Our patterns are drafted to precise measurements, but correct printed scale depends on your printer settings. You are responsible for verifying the test square before cutting fabric. We provide full instructions in our Printing & Sizing Guide.

Disclaimer

Our patterns and guides are provided for home sewing use. We make no warranty that a finished garment will fit any particular body, and we are not liable for fabric, materials, or time spent. We recommend sewing a test garment before cutting expensive fabric.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
