Digital delivery only — nothing is shipped

PopuTailor sells digital PDF sewing patterns. Every product on this website is delivered electronically as a downloadable file. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping address or shipping fee is required.

How you receive your files

Complete your purchase at checkout.
Your download link is generated immediately after payment is confirmed.
The link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, and is also available from your order confirmation page.

Delivery is automatic and usually instant. Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order.

If your files do not arrive

If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes:

Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders
Search your inbox for "PopuTailor"
Still nothing? Email us at support@poputailor.com with your order number and we will resend your files, normally within one business day.

International customers

Because all products are digital, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or shipping delays. Customers anywhere in the world receive the same instant download.

Printing your pattern

Your files are formatted for A4, US Letter, and A0 printing. You can print at home or send the A0 file to a local or online copy shop. See our Printing & Sizing Guide for full instructions.
