PopuTailor is operated by Annysewing Studio LLC. All products sold on poputailor.com are digital files delivered by instant download. No physical goods are shipped.
Digital products — all sales final
Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate delivery, and you agree that your right to withdraw from the purchase ends once the download begins.
When we do issue refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to resolve the issue for you.
- You have not yet downloaded or accessed any file from the order, and you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase.
Problems with your files
If your download link does not work, or if any file is missing or will not open, please contact us first. In most cases we can resend the files or provide a corrected version within one business day. Please do not file a dispute before contacting us — we want to fix it.
Printing and sizing
Every pattern includes a printable test square. Please print and measure the test square before printing the full pattern, and make sure your printer is set to 100% scale / "Actual size" with page scaling turned off. Printing errors caused by printer settings are not grounds for a refund, but we are happy to help you troubleshoot. See our Printing & Sizing Guide for detailed instructions.
