Terms of Service and License Agreement
Welcome to PopuTailor (poputailor.com), operated by Anny Sewing Studio LLC. By purchasing and downloading our digital sewing patterns, you agree to the following terms and copyright license.
1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All designs, patterns, technical illustrations, charts, photography, and written instructions are the exclusive intellectual property of Anny Sewing Studio LLC and are protected under international copyright law.
2. Personal Use License
When you purchase a PopuTailor pattern, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You MAY: Print the pattern for personal use and sew finished garments for yourself, family, and friends.
- You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, copy, share, publish, or upload the digital PDF files or any portion thereof to any platform, forum, or cloud storage.
- Commercial Garment Production: Manufacturing finished garments for sale based on PopuTailor patterns on a commercial scale requires prior written commercial licensing from Anny Sewing Studio LLC.
3. Governing Law
These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
