Digital Nature of Products
Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of our products (instant downloadable PDF sewing patterns, booklets, and digital assets), all digital sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
Exceptions & Corrupted Files
Your satisfaction and sewing success are our highest priorities. We are committed to resolving any technical issues you may encounter:
- Corrupted / Incomplete Files: If your download file is corrupted, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@poputailor.com. We will resend fresh download links or updated files within 24 hours.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same pattern twice in separate orders, contact us with your order numbers within 14 days, and we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction.
- Pattern Support & Questions: If you have questions about sizing, instructions, or fabric choices, our team is always here to guide you step-by-step.
